Replica SA-C04 CORE™ carbine

Specna Arms in meeting customers' expectations presents the CORE™ line - a unique series of replicas that introduces a new quality on the market. The attractive price combined with innovative spring replacement system and high quality materials makes this series for both beginners and seasoned airsoft players.

The body, the slide along with the battery housing of the enlarged SF-type flask as well as the pistol grip are manufactured from nylon fibre-reinforced polymer plastic. Other components such as the barrel, RIS front, flame suppressor, enlarged reloading handle and tactical suspension assembly have been made of metal  (all screws, pins, shell ejection window and dummy lock are made of steel). Markings and serial number have been applied on the barrel.

The rifle has been very well-fitted the user will not experience any play between the lower and upper parts of the body. The use of a body made of lightweight plastic has allowed for a reduction in weight, making it ideal for dynamic games or long milslims. What's more, the fiberglass reinforcement also makes the body more durable than polymer and metal bodies.

The replica uses the quick-change spring system, ESA™. This allows quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the field of play without the need for access to a workshop or a number of specialised tools - simply unscrew the flask guide to reveal access to exchange the spring without having to pull out, or disassemble the gearbox.

The advantages of the system ESA are difficult to overestimate. In light of the arrangements that exist within the environments themselves, the system guarantees the user considerable possibilities and a great deal of freedom. The ESA system allows minimal time to replace the mainspring and thus adapt the replica's discharge velocity to the area of play so as to guarantee an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the fire and the safety of oneself and other players.

The replica has been fully adapted to work with battery types LiPo and LiFe. With a base initial discharge velocity of around ~380 FPS guaranteed by the pre-installed mainspring, the replica is perfectly suited for medium range operations. An M90-type spring is also included, which allows to reduce the initial velocity to ~310 FPS thus making the replica perfectly suited for short-range or indoor operations.

The gearbox conceals 8-millimetre slide bearings and the supported steel gears mounted on them. The system is secured by four anti-reverse pawls. The lightweight, polycarbonate plastic piston is fitted with a full steel bar increasing its strength. It also uses type 1 cylinder and steel interrupter, as well as a precision rotary hop-up chamber. The strength of the parts allows it to work with M140 springs.

The finely crafted Rotary Hop-Up chamber works perfectly with the high-quality 6.03mm precision barrel. The use of a precision barrel has a positive effect on the range and accuracy of the replica. It is important to remember to use high quality 6mm ammunition.

The replica has been fitted with a 22mm dorsal RIS rail, a set of front RIS rails and an adjustable buttstock. A folding sight has been fitted on the upper RIS rail, which does not interfere with optoelectronic sighting devices. Thanks to the extendable buttstock finished with a foot with an anti-slip texture, it is possible to adjust the length of the replica to the build and preferences of the shooter. The standard flame suppressor is mounted on a 14-millimetre left-hand thread, which makes it possible to attach a sound suppressor in its place.

The kit includes a hi-cap S-MAG magazine with a capacity of up to 380 rounds. The S-MAG is an exclusive polymer magazine designed by Specna Arms. What draws attention is the distinctive texture composed of Specna Arms logos. The S-mag ensures trouble-free ball feeding, even at high ROF.

To buy an airsoft weapon in the UK you must have a valid airsoft defence.

This is not a licence, it is basically just proof that you intend to buy an airsoft weapon for use in airsoft.

An airsoft defence could be a UKARA or membership with the British Airsoft Club, and various other forms of defence.

You can only obtain an airsoft defence once you are over the age of 18.

To get an airsoft defence the law is that you should play at least 3 games of airsoft, and that you must have been playing for at least two months.
You can still buy an airsoft gun without a defence, provided you are 18 or older. If you choose to do this we would, by law, two tone (paint in a bright colour) parts of your chosen weapon. This is because an airsoft gun is considered a RIF aka Realistic Imitation Firearm, because they are so close to the real steel, whereas when you paint parts of it in a bright colour it becomes an IF aka Imitation Firearm. The reason being that the bright colours make it look less realistic to the public, and therefor less likely to be mistaken as real, were it to be used for any other purpose than airsoft.

When you order a gun from us you will need to add your defence details in the comments section of the cart. If you do not have a defence you will need to write the colour that you wish to be used for two toning your airsoft weapon.

Here is what's stated in the VCRA (Violent Crime Reduction) Act:

For airsoft skirmishing, the Association of British Airsoft is putting in place arrangements to allow retailers to check that individual purchasers are members of a genuine skirmishing club or site. The key elements of these arrangements are:
1. new players must play at least 3 (three) times in a period of not less than two months before being offered membership
2. membership cards with a photograph and recognised format will be issued for production to retailers
3. A central database will be set up for retailers to cross-check a purchaser’s details
4. member’s entry on the database will be deleted if unused for 12 months.
The defence for airsoft skirmishing can apply to individual players because their purchase of realistic imitation firearms for this purpose is considered part of the “holding” of a skirmishing event.
