How to Order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept various payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when your order is despatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All images on the site are as up to date as possible but occasionally manufacturers change colour schemes slightly and images may be out of date. If in doubt please contact us to check that images are up to date.
It is vital that when buying an airsoft rifle, pistol or any other Realistic Imitation Firearm that you provide the information required to prove that you are genuine Airsoft Skirmishers. This is to comply with the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2007. Each order processed that requires cancellation due to the appropriate information not being provided will result in a £25 cancellation, admin and refund fee.
Shipping and Handling
Our usual delivery is between 1 and 3 working days, depending on the availability of the products ordered. We will endeavour to dispatch your package within 24 working hours although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Orders for RIFs may take 48 hours as we test and chronograph each rifle before shipping. Please bear in mind the courier’s deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm (0800 - 1800 hours). We do not directly control the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them.
If the wrong country shipping is chosen we will adjust it correctly without warning. When your order has been dispatched we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number. Please ensure you provide us with a working email address and check your spam filter. The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email. For example; we cannot send a £200 rifle by First Class post as it is too long, usually too heavy and it does not have sufficient insurance. In addition to this, if our courier cannot deliver goods to premises and the goods are returned to Bomb Up Airsoft the customer will be charged for the delivery back to us and then charged for a second delivery.
IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in any way either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation in this case.
Please note that some of our stock is kept at a separate location so may not be held in our store.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping, we only ship to mainland Britain.

Payment Security
When the order is placed at our website your payment is processed by Shopify, a secure payment system on behalf of Bomb Up Airsoft & TTPC LTD. We do not hold your card details in store. Payment through Paypal also offers you extra security and peace of mind.
Guarantee
All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.
Standard Warranty/Guarantee
All new electric rifles, spring rifles and electric pistols come with a 12-month warranty. Batteries, slings, speedloaders and chargers included with electric rifles/pistols are not covered under warranty as they are regarded as 'free' items.
If you are purchasing a new weapon that needs to be two toned then your warranty will still be 12 months, however, because you have asked us to customise the RIF by two toning it, although we will always repair it if it's faulty, we will be unable to accept a return.
Some high-end rifles have a longer warranty, if you are unsure please check with the store. Gas pistols, gas rifles, preowned products & spring shotguns have a 30-day warranty. As with new RIFs, if you have asked us to two tone the weapon due to lack of defence then we will be unable to accept a return.
Conditions of the Warranty
If a product proves faulty within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. We will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions:
-Original receipt required as proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without the original proof of purchase.
Exclusions
The Bomb Up Airsoft & TTPC Ltd warranty does not include any the following:
-Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
-Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
-Any routine maintenance required
-Any faults arising from misuse
-Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by Bomb Up Airsoft & TTPC Ltd
-Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by the Bomb Up Airsoft & TTPC Ltd engineers
-Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's. We recommend only Blaster (Not Biodegradable), Madbull, G&G, Excel, Nuprol RZR, The Draft Club and King Arms.
-Any battery than an 8.4v NiMH or 7.4V Lipo has been used
-If a Gas Blow Back or Gas Non-Blow Back product is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with anything other than 134A Gas.
-Any Feet Per Second (FPS) variance. This may be different from the indicated FPS as this is only a guideline.
-External damage or wear and tear.
Your Bomb Up Airsoft & TTPC Ltd warranty is also invalidated if:
-The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format, this includes all internal upgrades.
-Any repairs or maintenance to the item(s) has been carried out by any non Bomb Up Airsoft & TTPC Ltd or other authorised personnel.
-A fault has arisen from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's
-You use any gas other than 134A Gas in any Gas Blow Backs or Gas Non-Blow Back operated items.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact Bomb Up Airsoft & TTPC LTD immediately (sales@bombupairsoftttpc.co.uk) to discuss your problem.
As stated above if you are purchasing a new weapon that needs to be two toned then your warranty will still be 12 months, however, because you have asked us to customise the RIF by two toning it, although we will always repair it if it's faulty, we will be unable to accept a return.
At our discretion, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this WILL NOT happen until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty by our engineers. No refunds will be given for any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse. With distance sales, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 the customer has 14 days to cancel the order starting the day after receiving all of their goods. We will not make any deductions, except if applicable, for our cost of collecting the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. No restocking charge will be applied if cancelled within 14 days. Please contact us by email or telephone before returning any item(s). It is the sender's responsibility to return the item(s) by a suitably insured postal service. Please include your name, address and order number when returning items. All refunds will have the original cost of postage and the cost of the refund (£1) deducted from them. Refunds will be completed within 30 days of the customer notifying us of their intention to return the item(s). Refunds may incur a 10% restocking fee. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY, OUR ENGINEERS ARE ALL TRAINED TO UNDERTAKE REPAIR AND REMEDIAL WORK. Code of Conduct and VCRA
On the 1st of October 2007, the laws regarding airsoft guns changed This is a brief summary of those changes, more information can be found here: www.ukara.org.uk If you are under 18 years of age, it is illegal for you to buy an airsoft gun. It is also illegal for anyone to sell one to you, whether you are a skirmisher or not. Over 18s have to prove that they are airsoft skirmishers. They can do this by taking out membership of an airsoft site which holds third-party liability insurance. In order to facilitate remote selling, UKARA the retailers’ organisation, has set up a database to which sites can submit their members' details. Once a player is verified & in the database, any UKARA member can quickly check that a purchaser is entitled to buy an airsoft gun. Please ask if you would like your weapon to be two-toned. There will be a £10 charge for this service and it is only available to people over the age of 18.
