One of the most important things to consider when choosing airsoft BBs is their quality. Low-quality BBs can jam your gun, cause damage to the internal mechanisms, and ruin your airsoft experience. It's essential to choose high-quality, seamless BBs that are designed specifically for airsoft guns.

Another factor to consider is the colour of the BBs. If you are using a tracer unit – you will want tracer BBs, but check which ones your tracer supports – red or green.

Many airsoft fields require players to use biodegradable BBs, its best to check with game sites, before you play, which BBs are and are not allowed.

Airsoft BBs are available in many different brands and several packaging sizes, ranging from small bags to large bottles. It's important to choose the right amount of BBs for your needs to avoid running out mid-game.

When it comes to storing BB’s you are best to store them in a dry environment at room temperature - especially biodegradable BBs as they will expand and deteriorate quickly. Store them in a container, ball sack or similar to keep them secure from pouring out all over the floor – or the back of your boot!
