HPA in Airsoft

HPA in Airsoft

What can we offer you in terms of HPA?

Well, first and foremost, we now offer HPA refills in store. We heard our customers feedback about how they'd like to convert to HPA but were concerned that they didn't know anywhere local where they could have their tanks refilled - so we listened, we acted, and we now offer HPA refills from only £3 in-store!

We have also been building up the products we offer in terms of HPA equipment for Airsoft, and now have a range of tanks, lines, regulators, adaptors, hoses and more. We are working with a variety of brands to give you many options, such as EPes, High Pressure Airsoft, HK Army, Balystik and Ninja.

We are also pleased to say that our tech centre is now offering a service to tap your mags if you want to convert, and we are working on being able to offer a full HPA conversion service in the near future.

Why should you convert your airsoft weapons to HPA?

One question we get asked a lot by our customers is,

"What are the benefits of converting to HPA?".

There are many benefits and many reasons that people choose to convert, but these are the main ones:

  • Unlike Gas, HPA is not affected by changes in weather temperature.
  • HPA offers the option to have a high and adjustable rate of fire.
  • HPA systems put less mechanical pressure on the gearbox.
  • The steady airflow of a HPA system provides outstanding consistency.
  • HPA allows you to adjust the FPS of your weapon.

Why shouldn't you convert your airsoft weapons to HPA?

Another question we hear a lot is,

"What are the draw backs of converting to HPA?".

Again there are various reasons that some players aren't interested in HPA. Some of these reasons are:

  • Carrying a tank and line is inconvenient.
  • The system still requires the use of a battery.
  • The tank needs to be refilled.

In order to combat the cons of HPA we have tried to bring you options in terms of tanks and lines. As for the battery, if you were using an AEG you'd still need a battery so for us this seems a bit of a moot point. Finally, as we said above, we now offer quick and easy HPA refills in-store so why not bring your tank to be filled and have a browse at the same time?

In conclusion, whether you choose to use HPA or not, the options are available to you. If you feel you have more questions or would like more information then contact us and we'd be more than happy to help!
